Ironweed

Bluegrass has remained the most popular traditional style of music in Missouri since its ascendancy began in the 1940s. Its subsequent influence on popular country music has worked its way back to many a band keeping the style vibrant in their home regions. Ironweed's repertoire reflects the roots and branches of the bluegrass tradition. Members Jane Accurso, Dierek Leonhard and Dennis and Kathy Schubert have been together for 12 years, and we're much happier to see them on the local landscape than we are their namesake plant.
