Workshop Sessions on Saturday

We have a great variety of workshops for Saturday morning and afternoon. Violet Hensley will be joined by fiddler Howard Marshall and fiddle maker Allen Wyatt for a special session on making and playing fiddles. Bob Dyer and Steve Gillette will discuss songwriting using traditional folk sources. John McCutcheon and Gladys Coggswell will share a session of stories for families. Moon Mullins will lead a guitar session and the Petersons a dance workshop. We'll also get a bunch of us to lead a song circle. Workshop sessions will be held in Thespian and Turner Halls, and at the First Presbyterian Church fellowship hall. There will also be some open stage time at Turner Hall beginning around 3 p.m. Schedules are still subject to change.
